As in ancient times, we offer rejuvenation through a combination of hydrotherapy and treatments based on aromatic Greek plants and olive oil, natural and organic ingredients selected for their timeless efficiency.
Sparta Massage by Cinq Mondes 1 hour / €70
Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience with the Sparta Massage! Inspired by the principles of Hippocrates, this dynamic sports massage uses deep muscle pressure to relieve back pain and stimulate blood circulation.
The technique includes the use of an aromatic gel-based oil, made from a plant-based blend of ben oil, myrtle, and iris, as well as fig and yucca for calm and relaxation. In addition, diaphragmatic breathing techniques are applied to offer holistic decompression of both body and mind.
For enhanced results, add a Biocellulose mask (20′) for skin rejuvenation, for just extra €30.
Grecian Spa at Meliá Athens, is located on the 9th and top floor of the hotel.
The architecture and design resemble a vessel made of fair colored wood, with the addition of white marbled floor and blue mosaics that convey a sensation of freshness.
The area is bathed in light and features a gym, a hydrotherapy area, a sauna, a spacious marble round steam room and two fully equipped single treatment rooms.
The hydrotherapy space is completed by an intimate relaxation corner, equipped with lounge chairs and a tea station where guests can enjoy tranquil moments before and after their treatment.
The entrance area features a showcase allowing a full shopping experience. Our premium skin care brands include Cinq Mondes Spa Paris, Propharm from Greece and Italian Darling sun care.
We advise you to be in the area of the spa 10 minutes before the time of your treatment. For your convenience, please do not wear jewelry and make sure that your mobile phone is turned off before you enter the area of the spa.
